Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
Deliver safe, efficient, and effective nursing care while maintaining a patient-centered environment
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and responses to treatment
Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
Coordinate follow-up care and referrals as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Support the clinic team in delivering high-quality patient care and improving workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and clinical systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
