Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical reviews and appeals, including chart screening, research of insurer guidelines, regulatory compliance, and preparation of final determinations.
Complete electronic documentation and analysis using clinical judgment and standardized tools.
Support administrative and clinical staff through technical guidance, training, and collaborative problem-solving.
Participate in staff huddles and ongoing training initiatives to maintain best practices and performance standards.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and healthcare equity.

What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or graduate of an approved Registered Nurse training program.
Licensure: Active New York State RN License (required).

Experience:
1-3 years in utilization review or appeals.
Strong working knowledge of electronic medical records.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working across clinical, analytical, and administrative functions.
