The Registered Nurse (RN) in the MS/Tele unit is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients post PCI, pacemakers, AICDS, post MI, and those undergoing cardiac pharmacological interventions. This includes cardiac monitoring, emergency response, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The RN must have experience with EPIC charting and be able to interpret and manage dysrhythmias.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the MS/Tele unit.
- Specialize in the care of patients post PCI, pacemakers, AICDS, post MI, and those undergoing cardiac pharmacological interventions.
- Perform cardiac monitoring and emergency response, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
- Administer IV therapy and perform phlebotomy, including peripheral line care and management.
- Manage respiratory care, including nasal cannula, oxygen face masks, portable oxygen tanks, and non-invasive airway management.
- Adhere to isolation precautions.
- Use Rapid Response/Code teams when necessary.
- Chart patient information using EPIC.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York (NY)
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience
- Experience with EPIC charting

Special Considerations:
- Must work every other weekend.
- Cannot have requested time off (RTO) from December 24th to December 28th.
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility.
