Skills and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • X-Ray Certification (required).
  • Experience with dental instruments, sterilization, and OSHA protocols.
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused.
  • Bonus points for:
  • Nitrous, Sealant, or Coronal Polishing Certification.
  • CEREC or digital dentistry experience.
  • Familiarity with Open Dental and implant procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting and prepping patients with a smile.
  • Assisting with 4-handed dentistry.
  • Taking x-rays and digital/alginate impressions.
  • Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a safe, clean space.
  • Supporting lab work and patient education.
  • Keeping accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Bringing good vibes to the team every day.
