We are in need of a Rental Agent to join our successful team who is versed in seeking out and pre-qualifying clients for rental homes, apartments and commercial businesses. The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with local, state and Federal Fair Housing laws and enjoys promoting properties on various social media channels and websites. • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
• Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld
• Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
• Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing

Qualifications:

• Familiar with leasing regulations
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
