Public Relations Specialist

Position Summary:
The Public Relations Specialist will develop and execute PR strategies to elevate our brand, increase visibility, and enhance reputation. This role requires expertise in media relations, content creation, and analytics to improve brand awareness and public perception.
Key Responsibilities:
PR Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven strategies, press releases, and media materials; build relationships with media outlets.
Content Development: Create engaging digital content, blogs, case studies, and success stories.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work with internal teams for cohesive messaging, track PR performance, and analyze campaign results.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of PR experience.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proven success in managing PR campaigns and media relations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with social media and basic PR/analytics tools.
K-12 education experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CMS and CRM tools.
Understanding of SEO and digital media best practices.
