We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in maintaining a positive public image for our brand. The ideal candidate will assist in developing media materials, managing press outreach, coordinating events, and monitoring media coverage.
Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, media alerts, and promotional materials.
Help manage media lists and maintain strong relationships with journalists and influencers.
Support planning and execution of PR events, campaigns, and activations.
Track public relations metrics and prepare performance reports.
Respond to information requests from the media or the public under the supervision of PR leads.
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and preparing presentations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
