About the Role: As Program Manager, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes superstar who keeps everything running smoothly. From scheduling and logistics to staff support and parent communication, your strong organizational skills and positive attitude will ensure our program remains a joyful and enriching place for kids to thrive. What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate scheduling, class logistics, and event planning
• Support teaching staff with materials, communication, and day-to-day needs
• Communicate clearly and positively with families and community partners
• Manage multiple moving pieces with calm, confidence, and efficiency
• Work closely with our established team to maintain a high standard of quality and care

• Has strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Can manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines with ease
