Start your career as a Production Operator with MAU at Autoneum near Aiken, SC. As a Production Operator, you will support production goals by operating machinery and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For:- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience - preferred
- SAP system experience - preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent basic math and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills, including scanning and data entry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable with physical tasks: stooping, kneeling, climbing, balancing
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed
What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:- Complete pre-shift stretching routines
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Operate machinery and manually assemble parts
- Monitor and maintain product quality during production
- Package and label products according to specifications
- Identify and report defects or equipment issues
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Work within ISO14001 and TS-16949 standards
- Use SAP system for tracking and data input
- Support team members and contribute to production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
