Your Future Role

Compensation: $21.50/hour

In this essential position, you will be tasked with executing production responsibilities within our factory, specifically at designated workstations. Your role will involve handling and storing goods and raw materials while ensuring that all manufacturing processes comply with established safety and quality protocols.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up production equipment, encompassing robots, machines, workstations, and inspection tools.
• Cleaning and maintaining working areas and production equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Performing manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as outlined by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
• Monitoring the production process, conducting basic testing, and performing quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Reporting any process deviations or quality issues to the Team Leader.

All About You

We value experience and proficiency in our candidates. While we do not expect you to meet every qualification, the following competencies will greatly enhance your success in this role:

• Over 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting, particularly with electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices.
• A strong commitment to manufacturing effectiveness and adherence to quality standards.
• Excellent collaborative and transparent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in the local language.
