Privately Held Multi-Trillion Dollar Investment Firm seeks a SVP/Private Wealth Advisor in San Francisco to join an exclusive Private Client team and serve as primary point of contact for UHNW clients in providing full suite of investment solutions in addition to wealth management services, with a focus on developing and cultivating relationships.

• Work directly with clients to drive business and expand client base
• Meet with prospects and referral sources in order to develop and cultivate a book of business
• Trailing commission structure vs. yearly reset on new business goals
• Multi-year guaranteed compensation structure, with a long-term focus on success for their Advisors, in addition to upside potential
• No territorial restrictions
• Strong growth opportunity with high earning potential
• Firm has excellent track record of long-term employee and client retention
• Qualified individuals require a track record of success
• Target clients are in the 5mm to 100mm+ level
• No portable book required
• Salary: $300,000-$325,000 plus incentive compensation
