Job Description

he ideal candidate is someone who: Is self-starting and anticipates needs Loves creating clean, organized spaces Can manage home and small work-related tasks Stays discreet, respectful, and adaptable Has a "California assistant" mindset -- proactive, polished, warm, and detail-oriented This is not a nanny role -- no childcare required. ? Responsibilities Home + Lifestyle Support Keep the home clean, tidy, and organized Handle laundry and linens Perform light cleaning Meal prep or simple cooking Maintain household supplies and inventory Manage routine home needs without constant instruction Errands + Outside Tasks Groceries and shopping Errands of all kinds (very important) Drop-offs/pickups of packages, dry cleaning, etc. Scheduling and coordinating service providers (maintenance, cleaners, deliveries) Administrative / Work-Related Support Help manage schedules, reminders, and appointments Communicate upcoming tasks and priorities Assist with small work-related tasks or errands as requested Be flexible to support occasional weekend/evening needs ? What We're Looking For Experience supporting busy families, households, or professionals Organized, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative Warm, respectful, and great at anticipating needs Discreet and extremely trustworthy Comfortable with a mix of home + personal assistant tasks A "service mindset" without being micromanaged ? Schedule Typically Monday-Friday Occasional evenings or weekends depending on the couple's schedule Plenty of free time during the day when tasks are complete ?
