• Physician in Practice: 2
• Beds in the Dept: 25
• Lab & Xray onsite
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Shifts needed to be filled:

• Oct 1-2, 7, 10-12, 14-20, 22-23, 27-30.

Call Schedule:  

• Nights & Weekends.
• Mon-Fri; 5p-8a.
• Weekends; 7a-7a.

Support Staff:  

• 2 NPs.
• OR crew & Anesthesia are available on-call.

Procedures:

• Total joint for hip (preferred).

Requirements:

• Active OR License.
• BC.
• BLS.
