Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – Finish (around 2–5 p.m.) | Some Saturdays required

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Order Picker/Packer to join a busy distribution center in Oklahoma City. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately packaging and preparing merchandise for shipment to retail locations. A successful Order Picker/Packer ensures products are packed safely, labeled correctly, and meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack merchandise into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and packing labels for accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage or quality issues.
• Use RF scanners or other tracking systems when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily department goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse/packing experience (3 years preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent squatting, standing, walking, and reaching.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment .
• Effective as both a team player and independent worker.
• Basic PC knowledge required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Commitment to following procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
