Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Location: Morris Plains, NJ

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

• 12 Years of techno functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong knowledge of Core HR Celebrate Absence Management
• Create BIP OTBI FDI reports in Oracle HCM
• Knowledge of OIC to facilitate integration analysis and design
• Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
• Review of functional design, functional testing, functional configuration, review integration testing, reports validation, data conversion & validation Testing
• Experience to Perform testing and coordinate with users to perform testing
• Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications
• Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios
• Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
• Documenting test results
• Reporting test results
• Data Conversion
• Perform data validation
• Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion Integrations
• Experience to perform interface Impact Analysis
• Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis
• End-to-End Integration testing
• Ability to drive technical design sessions for integrations
• Provide support in training on all HCM modules
