Blue Stone Therapy was founded in 2009 and provides contract physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology to communities in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Our focus is to deliver optimal, individualized rehabilitation by highly skilled professional therapists while developing long-term partnerships between our staff and the communities they serve.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The Operations Intern provides support and assistance to the Operations and Clinical departments.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems with high accuracy.
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
Review and process documents, forms, or records for data entry.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Generate reports or summaries based on entered data as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data tasks.
Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience
No experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
