What You Will Do:
As a Nursing Practice and Professional Development Specialist (NPPDS), you would be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and activities in support of our Nurse Residency Program, accredited with distinction through ANCC. This NPPDS will support the transition to practice of our new graduate nurses with opportunities to support various nursing departments in additional educational initiatives. You will play a vital role in leading change in pursuit of improved nursing practice and professional development. Your office will be located at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, with teaching at JHH, Bayview Medical Center, and Keswick campuses.

Who Should Apply:
Salary Range: Minimum 46.57/hour - Maximum 72.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
