About the Role:

As a  Manufacturing Shift Supervisor with Tremron  you are responsible for:

• Work hand to hand with your team as a working floor supervisor
• Will be required to perform predictive & preventable maintenance on the equipment.
• Meeting Production & Quality targets by directing the workforce
• Maintaining acceptable housekeeping for your area of responsibility
• Taking Instructions on What is Needed (On a Daily Basis) and Delegating Tasks to your Team
• Being Safety Compliant managing to our Vision Zero Safety Program
• Being Adaptable to the Needs of the Day
• Overseeing Manufacturing Production
