Hourly Pay Range:
$30.60/hr (entry level)
$38.25/hr (approximately 8 years of experience)
$45.90/hr (17+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials:
Nights: $4.25/hr
Weekends: $3.00/hr
$15,000 – Night Shift
$10,000 – Day Shift
Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.
Position Overview"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse to provide advanced, high-acuity care to critically ill neurological patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care that supports optimal patient outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a Neuro ICU setting
Perform continuous monitoring, critical assessments, and ordered procedures
Accurately document patient care, assessments, and interventions
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
Translate complex medical information into clear, understandable guidance
Support evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (within the last 3 years)
Higher-acuity experience preferred; strong Med/Surg candidates considered
Active Florida RN license or compact RN license
Compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation
ADN required
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS required
