Job Description

Our client has an immediate opening for a Network/Systems Engineer. This role is 100% onsite in Herndon-VA. In this role you will perform complex network designs network upgrades, and routine O&M. 

Qualified candidates will have:
- 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's degree. Additional experience may be substituted. 
- Ethernet and IP Lan design, configuration, and maintenance experience. 
- SONET-based WAN design, configuration, and maintenance experience.
- BGP and MPLS design, configuration and maintenance experience. 
- Microsoft Windows desktop and server experience. 
- Experience with Active Directory.
- VOIP and VTC experience with Cisco, Polycom, or equivalent.
- Experience with COMSEC systems.

Desired skills:
- Experience with Enterprise level Cisco network, VOIP, and VTC devices.
- Experience with VMWare vSphere, vCenter, and other enterprise VMWare solutions. 

This role requires an active TS/SCI + FS Poly government clearance.
