Jovie Bellevue, WA, USA Summary: A bit about us : We are kind and hands-on family based in Bellevue seeking a nurturing and reliable mother’s helper to join our team. With both parents working from home, we’re looking for someone who can provide warm, attentive care for our energetic little one while supporting the daily rhythms of our household. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and flexible, thriving in a collaborative environment where communication and adaptability are key. If you love engaging toddlers in playful learning and are happy to lend a helping hand around the home, we would love to meet you!
A bit about you : You are an attentive and engaging caregiver who enjoys partnering with parents to create a supportive environment for young children. You’re comfortable balancing active childcare with light household support, easily stepping into tasks without needing extensive direction. You value open communication, are receptive to feedback, and bring a positive, team-player mindset. Hindi language skills are a wonderful bonus but not required, we would love to introduce our child to Hindi through daily conversations and play.
Job Duties :
- Create a safe, playful, and nurturing environment for a curious toddler.
- Assist with meal prep, such as preparing and warming meals.
- Own and manage simple household chores such as keeping the kitchen tidy, wiping high chair and table after meals, washing baby cutlery and bottles, family laundry occasionally, vacuuming main floor area twice a week, and supporting the mother with organizational tasks as needed.
- Involve the toddler in simple, age-appropriate activities like helping with light chores.
- Collaborate with parents on daily routines and remain open to their caregiving preferences and feedback.

Qualifications : 2+ years of experience caring for infants/toddlers. Reliable and punctual. Open to feedback and adaptable to a collaborative care style. Vaccinated, including up-to-date on flu and Covid. Comfortable working in a home where parents are present throughout the day.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 or 2:00 PM.
Pay: $32-35
