We’re on the lookout for a creative, detail-obsessed, and AI-empowered Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the guardian of our brand, owning design consistency across channels while crafting standout visuals for campaigns, landing pages, and more.

As our UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a critical role in refreshing and optimizing our website to build trust with global decision-makers. You’ll collaborate with a branding consultant, marketing professionals, and developers to deliver user-friendly, visually engaging designs tailored to the SaaS industry—especially as we expand into the U.S. market.
Create visual assets for ABM campaigns, gated content, paid ads, email nurtures, landing pages, social posts, and webinars.
Design UI/UX flows for campaign landing pages, gated content, and microsites—partnering closely with marketers and product teams.
Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups for both strategic content updates and website structure changes.
Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, and Figma AI to streamline ideation and improve design workflows.
Organize and manage Figma files, hand off dev-ready assets, and keep everything scalable and tidy.
Collaborate with the branding consultant and marketing team to simplify user journeys and design intuitive layouts for SaaS stakeholders.
Translate strategic concepts (like our Aurora AI mascot) into actionable, branded design elements.
Contribute to branding discussions and ensure consistency across all channels and assets.
(Bonus!) Create motion content or short-form videos for launches and campaigns.
Must-Haves:
Strong Figma skills—components, styles, prototyping, and developer handoffs.
Experience using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Figma plugins, Runway ML).
A portfolio showcasing visual storytelling across formats (web, social, video thumbnails, etc.).
Deep understanding of layout, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
Proven collaboration with marketing, content, and web development teams.
Strong communicator who can articulate design decisions and integrate feedback.
Detail-oriented and organized—you keep your files and timelines sharp.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Canva Pro for scalable design templates.
Motion or video editing skills (After Effects, CapCut Pro, Descript).
Webflow or WordPress understanding.
Background in B2B SaaS, ABM, or marketing design for verticals like manufacturing or cybersecurity.
Familiarity with Scandinavian or Finnish design themes is a bonus!
