Position Title: Mental Health Clinician / Social Worker (LMSW)

Shift: 4x9-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week) | Between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Pay Range: $55 – $58/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Mental Health Clinician / Social Worker (LMSW) for an exciting job in New York, NY.
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients in crisis.
Deliver counseling, emotional support, and crisis intervention to patients and families.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Coordinate discharge planning, including community referrals and follow-up services.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and institutional policies.
Complete accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
Hospital-based experience required.
Adult CPEP or Psychiatric Emergency experience strongly preferred.
Strong skills in clinical assessment, crisis management, and communication.
Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW).
Licensure: Valid LMSW issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) – primary source verification required.
