Maintenance Electrician

• $34 p/h - $37 p/h
• Availability on 1st and 3rd shift (2-2-3)

We are working with an established Plastics Manufacturer based in**Springdale, OH. **They are recruiting for an Maintenance Electrician to join their team on 1st or 3rd shift in return for a salary in the region of $34 - $37 p/h along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.

Duties as an Maintenance Electrician:

• Maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatics
• Single and three phase motor wiring, replacement and repair
• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
• PLC troubleshooting
• Maintaining AC/DC motors
• Maintaining Plastic Extruders

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (covering both electrical and mechanical).
• Background in manufacturing, ideally plastics, extrusion, or similar industry.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills, with the ability to also work confidently on mechanical systems.
• must have ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on the night shift.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
