Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Live-in Companion to support the daily operations of a private household and provide personalized assistance to our client in Chicago. This full-time, live-in (5 nights/week) role requires professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail, with a strong ability to multitask and manage household responsibilities seamlessly.

Responsibilities:
Household Management:

• Oversee daily household operations, vendors, and maintenance.
• Manage inventories, order supplies, and track household expenses.
• Open and organize mail; process bill payments.

Personal Assistance:

• Prepare and clean up three daily meals; maintain a tidy home between cleanings.
• Prepare guest rooms before and after visits; handle laundry and linens.
• Run errands: grocery shopping, prescriptions, dry cleaning, gifts, etc.
• Lead a weekly meeting to review schedules, appointments, etc.
• Care for one cat

• Manage calendars, appointments, travel, and document organization.
• Travel coordination

Wardrobe Management :

• Organize wardrobe and assist with outfit selection and seasonal transitions.
• Handle all laundry and garment care.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Tech savvy; confident with basic digital tools and scheduling platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and a proactive attitude.
