Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location

This is an on-site position at the firm’s brand-new Class-A office in Delray Beach, FL – a vibrant coastal city known for its beaches, restaurants, and lively downtown.

Note: Must be an active member of the Florida Bar and the Southern District of Florida.

Job Description

Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing to trial
Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings
Conduct and defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate closely with the firm owner and litigation team to achieve successful case outcomes

Qualifications

Active Florida Bar and Southern District of Florida membership (required)
3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred
Excellent oral advocacy and writing skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Client-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation

Base salary: $100,000–$150,000/year (DOE)
