Location

This is an on-site position at the firm’s brand-new Class-A office in Delray Beach, FL – a vibrant coastal city known for its beaches, restaurants, and lively downtown.

Note: Must be an active member of the Florida Bar and the Southern District of Florida.

Job Description

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing to trial
• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate closely with the firm owner and litigation team to achieve successful case outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar and Southern District of Florida membership (required)
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred
• Excellent oral advocacy and writing skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Client-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation

• Base salary: $100,000–$150,000/year (DOE)
• Performance bonuses and profit sharing
