Infusion Pharmacy Technician – (Contract-to-Hire) - Jacksonville, FL

We are seeking an Infusion Pharmacy Technician to support our infusion pharmacy operations in Jacksonville, FL. This role is focused on production, labeling, and preparation of sterile and non-sterile medications that are shipped directly to patients. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented pharmacy technician looking to grow within a high-quality, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately label sterile compounded products in accordance with pharmacy standards and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and package non-compounded medications for patient shipment.
Support production workflow under the supervision of pharmacists.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in medication preparation, labeling, and documentation.
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of production work areas.
Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to ensure timely daily output.
Follow all pharmacy SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license.
1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician (retail, hospital, or infusion accepted).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to follow precise procedures.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Sterile compounding experience (preferred but not required ).
Strong work ethic and punctuality.

8 Registered Pharmacy Technicians (RPhTs)
2 Production Pharmacists

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Interview Process: 1 round, in-person
Contract-to-Hire Rate: $18 - $21/hr
Minimum Education
