Summary

At Gainwell Technologies, we are redefining how we empower healthcare professionals and organizations. As an Instructional Designer , you will play a key role in developing dynamic, accessible, and engaging learning experiences. This position supports learning transformation and system implementation training projects across the organization.

Your role in our mission

  • Design and develop high-quality instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training
  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Create compelling storyboards, courses, and assessments aligned with business goals
  • Ensure learning materials meet accessibility standards and are visually engaging
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional design processes and best practices
  • Support training development efforts for system rollouts or transformation projects

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design (1+ year required)
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one eLearning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate, Camtasia)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
