Regional Healthcare Sales & Business Development Manager – Home Care

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for healthcare and making a meaningful impact? We’re seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented individual to lead business development efforts and drive the growth of our home care services.

This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity with room for growth, autonomy, and leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Activities

- Generate new client referrals and increase market share through community engagement

- Identify and target accounts including hospitals, physicians, senior centers, assisted living and nursing facilities, funeral homes, banks, and more

- Conduct cold calls, prospecting, presentations, follow-up meetings, and account servicing

Relationship Building

- Develop strong relationships with insurance companies, discharge planners, social workers, and healthcare professionals

- Represent the agency at community and industry events

- Maintain and grow a personal network of referral partners

Strategy & Reporting

- Monitor competitor activity and trends in the local territory

- Log and track outreach and pipeline development through CRM software

- Participate in team meetings and planning sessions

J ob Requirements:

- A passion for helping people and improving community health

- 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare, senior services, or a high-trust industry (insurance, financial services, etc.)

- Excellent communication and networking skills

- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
