Hiring NCLEX passed Nurse For USA

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with U.S. standards and hospital protocols.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Adapt to U.S. healthcare practices, regulations, and cultural nuances to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing diploma.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse 
  
• Proof of passing the NCLEX-RN examination.
  
• Demonstrated English proficiency via IELTS or OET (if applicable).
  
• No history of U.S. visa denials related to immigration.
