We are seeking a mission-aligned Functional Health Coach who is passionate about personalized wellness, functional medicine, and guiding individuals on their journey to optimal health. As a health coach at Geviti, you'll be the trusted guide who interprets data, helps clients understand their health story, and supports them in following their tailored care plan built from lab testing, AI insights, and practitioner recommendations.
You will work directly with clients in a remote setting, providing coaching sessions, messaging support, and ongoing accountability via the Geviti platform.
Provide personalized coaching based on the client's bloodwork, wearable data, goals, and care plan recommendations.
Collaborate with our clinical team and AI-driven systems to deliver highly personalized and actionable guidance.
Offer support across key areas such as nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, sleep, stress management, and goal setting.
Conduct virtual coaching calls (primarily quarterly, with optional follow-ups) and provide in-app message support.
Track client progress and maintain documentation in the Geviti platform.
Stay current on trends in functional medicine, longevity science, and integrative health.
Ensure client engagement, satisfaction, and measurable improvement in health outcomes.
Credentialed health coach (NBC-HWC, FMCHC, IIN, or similar certification required).
2+ years of coaching experience in a functional medicine, integrative, or performance-focused setting.
Strong understanding of functional lab testing (especially blood panels) and lifestyle interventions.
Deep familiarity with intentional supplementation protocols, peptides, and hormone replacement.
Comfortable with remote communication platforms and digital health tools.
Passionate about biohacking, longevity, and preventative health.
Empathetic, encouraging, and an excellent communicator.
Able to support a diverse range of clients, including high performers, athletes, and those new to wellness.
