Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Stonehaven neighborhood of South Charlotte in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 2-month-old. The nanny would typically be needed Monday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday & Wednesday, 7:00 am-5:00 pm, and Thursday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. The nanny needs to be flexible to come in an hour early, approximately 5 days a month.
The best nanny for this family will be safety-focused, reliable, nurturing, honest, and experienced in caring for infants. The family would ideally like to find someone who is active, caring, and able to grow with them for many years, as they plan to expand their family. When this position starts, the baby will be just 2 months old, and the main focus will be on maintaining a consistent routine, feeding, and meeting her milestones. A fun and educational environment should be created each day, including reading, singing, playing with toys, tummy time, and strolls in the neighborhood. Screen time should not be used during wake hours, as the family prefers not to use any screens in front of the baby. As the child grows, the nanny will provide age-appropriate engagement, such as trips to the library, the park, and other age-appropriate outings throughout the community. The family values open collaboration and hopes to find a nanny who respects their parenting style and communicates closely with them. Dad works from home, and the nanny should respect proper work-from-home boundaries.
