Position: Full-Time Live-In Nanny
Location: Boca Raton Florida
Compensation: 

Salary : $70,000 per year

Hourly $34 Hourly 

Overview:
A professional family with two children (ages 3 and 2) and a newborn expected in November is seeking a highly experienced, full-time live-in nanny. The ideal candidate will have extensive infant and toddler experience, the ability to work collaboratively with a second full-time nanny, and a proven track record of providing engaging, developmentally focused care. This is a long-term position for a candidate seeking stability and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate, educational and engaging activities.

• Support developmental milestones through play, reading and structured routines.

• Partner effectively with an additional full-time nanny to ensure seamless care.

• Perform household duties, including family laundry and maintaining house organization.

• Travel domestically with the family (approximately 5 trips annually; all expenses covered).

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday

• Salary: $70,000 per year

• Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick/personal days, and major holidays off and paid

Summer Schedule:

• Approximately 8 weeks of domestic travel in New York (Hamptons and Manhattan).

Accommodations:

• Private bedroom 

• Accommodations provided when traveling

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny experience with infants and toddlers.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

• Current passport; ability to travel internationally if needed.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Clear background check and verifiable professional references.

• Pet-friendly and comfortable working in a household with a dog.

Start Date: ASAP
