Seneca Foods is one of the most highly integrated fruit and vegetable processing companies in the US. We manage many—and in some cases all—aspects of production. At Seneca, we produce seeds, harvest crops, manufacture our own containers and provide a wide range of nutritious fruit and vegetable products. Seneca Foods Corporation of Montgomery, MN, a food production and distribution center located approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro, currently has an opening for full-time Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift. Responsibilities:

• Drive, operate, and perform daily maintenance inspections on forklift and/or push-pull forklift.
• Locate and stage products for shipping by truck and rail.
• Transfer product between warehouses.
• Assist in loading rail and outbound trucks.
• Ability to work with and keep inventory and locations accurate and up to date.
• Receive, unload, and inventory inbound materials and products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good mechanical repair and trouble shooting skills.
• Previous warehouse and/or forklift experience preferred.

Starting wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.
