**Position Overview:**
We are a growing Managed Service Provider looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This unique role blends the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant with those of a Personal Assistant, requiring a dynamic individual who can handle both professional and personal tasks with discretion and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow, keeping the CEO informed of priority matters.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and various documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Oversee the CEO's personal commitments, including travel, appointments, family engagements, and other personal tasks.
- Handle confidential documents with the utmost care and security.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, and other essential documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Facilitate internal communication by distributing announcements, coordinating meetings, and hosting visiting executives.
- Take meeting minutes, accurately record notes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Oversee projects and follow up on deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Attend meetings and events as a representative of the CEO when necessary.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate administrative tasks, and handle logistics.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking and follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling and communication tools.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

**Skills:**

- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills that foster relationship-building with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
- Professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and act independently on requests.

**Education:**

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Type:** Full-time
**Salary Range:** $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
