This entry-level role is perfect for candidates who want to launch a career in leadership, sales, and event management . No prior experience is required —we provide paid training, mentorship, and real-world experience to help you grow quickly into management roles.
Engage with retail customers to promote charity campaigns and inspire donations
Participate in event planning, setup, and execution within retail locations
Provide outstanding customer service , representing partner charities with enthusiasm and integrity
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Develop leadership skills by supporting team management and performance tracking
Maintain accurate records of sales and campaign performance
Energetic, outgoing, and personable
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Motivated to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is a plus but not required
