Luminize Marketing is seeking a strategic and experienced
Director of Client Services, eCommerce to lead our Brand Management, Content, and Advertising departments. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Amazon services, strong people management skills, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Department Oversight: - Manage and provide strategic direction for Brand Management, Content, and Advertising departments.
- Ensure alignment across departments to deliver cohesive and impactful client solutions.
Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor department leads, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to succeed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Client Success: - Collaborate with teams to solve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as an escalation point for client concerns, providing solutions that align with company goals.
Operational Efficiency: - Identify and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of services.
- Monitor department KPIs and ensure consistent performance improvements.
Training and Development: - Oversee training initiatives to upskill team members and maintain expertise in Amazon-related services.
- Develop and implement processes for onboarding and professional development.
Strategic Initiatives: - Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings.
- Stay updated on Amazon trends and best practices, ensuring strategies remain cutting-edge.
People Management: - Cultivate strong relationships with team members, fostering a supportive and respectful work environment.
- Handle performance management, feedback, and career development for department leads.
Requirements: - Extensive experience in Amazon services, particularly in Brand Management, Content, and Advertising roles.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing multiple departments or large teams.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, tools, and strategies.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiency.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and people management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Competitive Compensation depending on Experience: $150,000-$225,000.
