Responsibilities include greeting and scheduling patients, checking insurance eligibility, billing, collecting copay, answer phone, recall patients, and great computer skills.
The right candidate should have experience, be comfortable with a computerized dental office, self- motivated, customer service oriented, a team player, enthusiastic, and a quick learner. Experience with computer applications such as Word, Windows, digital X-ray, Softdent and Dental practice management software a plus.
