We are currently looking for an individual with experience and compassion for patient communication in dentistry. Our office is looking for an individual who will coordinate the scheduling and treatment of our dental patients. This is a critical part of our team, as this individual will present to patients their hygiene and treatment needs, review the financial arrangements as to such, and schedule that treatment. He or she manages the scheduling, explains the hygiene or treatments needed, and reviews all financial agreements, fees, consent forms, and insurance information with patients. The ideal candidate has some post high school education or training and two years of experience in a position of similar responsibility in a dental office. Candidates must have a pleasant, outgoing and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
