We're Hiring: Dental Office Manager

Are you an experienced and organized leader with a passion for patient care and team success? Our growing dental practice is looking for a Dental Office Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and a positive patient experience.
• Manage front office staff and coordinate schedules.
• Monitor and maintain patient records, billing, and insurance claims.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental regulations.
• Support dentists and hygienists in maintaining an organized and professional environment.
• Handle inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Address patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dental or healthcare office management (2+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, billing, and insurance procedures.
• Proficient in [Name dental software, e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental].
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus).
