Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented person with a Dental Assisting background to become our Scheduler! Join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized schedule for dental appointments and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone and in-person
• Manage the dental office calendar, ensuring optimal patient flow
• Verify patient insurance information and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Assist patients with inquiries regarding treatments, costs, and insurance
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks
• Collaborate with dental team members to ensure efficient office operations

Tuesday - every other Saturday, 8am -5pm. 1 hour for Lunch.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a dental front desk or assisting, scheduling role is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in dental scheduling software and electronic health records

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

Salary: $24 - $30 per hour based on experience

After 90 days - Health Insurance - pays 60% up to $250

401K after 6 months full-time 3%,

Free dental minus lab fees, 50% for immediate family after 90 days 

Quarterly Production Bonus

Annual profit sharing
