Delivery Driver/part-time
Gulfshore Life Media, LLC is seeking a Part-time delivery driver.  Using a company vehicle, the driver will deliver magazines to advertisers, bulk distribution points, hotels, event locations and newsstands for multiple magazine & newspaper titles throughout Lee and Collier Counties.

Job duties Include, but not limited to:
-Deliver Gulfshore Life, Gulfshore Business and The Naples Press to advertisers, bulk distribution points, newsstands, and hotels monthly.
-Deliver Gulfshore Life, Gulfshore Business and The Naples Press to events as needed; this may require evening hours.
-Deliver WINK Hurricane Guides to contracted locations in Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties during hurricane season.
-Deliver other products that we publish to advertisers and bulk distribution points.  This will include re-deliveries throughout the year and may include our weekly newspaper, The Naples Press.
-Routes should be loaded in the delivery vehicle the night before.
-Help in keeping the warehouse organized and ready for new deliveries.
-Drop mail off at the mail house, if needed.
-Drop off packages to UPS as needed.
-Deliver The Naples Press to our contracted box at SWFL Int'l Airport.
-Provide customer service as needed when delivering magazines (answering questions).
-Possible opportunities to work events or help marketing team at events, as needed.
-Unless otherwise agreed upon, workday will start at 8:30 a.m.
-Vehicle should be kept clean inside and out.
-Report any issues with the vehicle to your supervisor.
-Check your route carefully to ensure you have all that you need to complete your route.

Skills:
-Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and good driving record in good standing.
-Must be able to pass a drug test.
-Must be able to use and follow routing software on a cell phone to deliver magazines on a timely basis.  Occasional investigation of business addresses may be necessary, using Google, calling the business and/or looking at an ad in the magazine, etc.
-Must be able to lift moderate to heavy bundles of magazines and use a hand truck.
-Must be able to climb stairs if needed at delivery sites.
-Must be organized and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Must have a proactive attitude, even when working under pressure.
-Must have confident communication skills.
-Must be able to complete routes in a timely manner while driving safely and obeying speed limits.
-Must have initiative and be self-motivated to complete daily tasks.
-Must be able to work a full day on Fridays.
