Doctor John's in Farmington, MO is looking for one customer service to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 4325 Showplace Dr. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

We are looking for ONE reliable person to add to our team.

We are looking for OPEN AVAILABILITY.

• We are a drug & alcohol free workplace.
• Hours are: M-Thurs (9am-11pm), Fri. & Sat (9am-12am) & Sun. (9am-10pm)
• Sense of humor is a plus.
• Punctual, on time & dependable.
• Good with communication: We participate in group texts, & Homebase messaging.
• Reliable transportation
• Must be okay with cleaning, checking out customers, occasionally asking people to leave, answering the phone, & learning new things.
• Drama free zone.
• Must be okay with working occasionally on holidays.

We are a minimum wage employer. We work 365 days a year, including holidays & inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
