Job Overview

SW Foundation is seeking highly skilled and NCCO-certified Crane Operators to join our Foundational Drilling team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating cranes on commercial, industrial, and government projects, ensuring the safe and precise lifting and movement of materials. Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To)

  • Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently on foundational drilling projects.
  • Operate and maintain a range of cranes, including TCC 500-TCC 800 models and Terex RT 230s, with the flexibility to handle additional rented equipment as required by project needs.
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
  • Read and interpret lift plans, blueprints, and load charts to execute lifts accurately.
  • Work closely with riggers, signal persons, and other crew members to ensure safe lifting procedures.
  • Adhere to all OSHA, NCCO, and company safety regulations at all times.
  • Transport cranes and related equipment to different job sites when required.
  • Complete required documentation, including logs and safety reports.
  • Assist with general job site duties when crane operation is not required.

Qualifications

  • NCCO Certified Crane Operator (Required).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience operating cranes in a commercial or industrial setting, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of crane rigging, lift planning, and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret load charts and construction site blueprints.
  • Comfortable working in outdoor environments and in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel for projects as needed.
