Round Hill Search is seeking a Corporate Paralegal responsible for supporting the legal and transactions team and providing a range of legal support and administration in connection with the acquisition, development, and finance of solar energy projects throughout the US. The ideal candidate will have experience handling corporate and real estate transactional matters, specifically in the solar energy sector. The role requires managing contracts, reviewing due diligence materials, preparing legal documents, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure solar projects' successful development and financing. This is a transactions-oriented position.
Responsibilities:Provide transactional coordination and support on a wide variety of matters, including managing and conducting project due diligence
Provide support for the negotiating and execution of MIPAs/APAs, site control agreements, term sheets/LOIs, NDAs
Prepare initial drafts
Interfacing with outside counsel
Qualifications:
Salary:
$130,000 -$160,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications
