Position Summary: The Coordinator of Lifelong Faith Formation for the Diocese of Grand Island assists the bishop in coordinating all aspects of faith formation in the Diocese. This role is responsible for developing, training and implementing parish faith formation programs and the OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults). The position requires a practicing Catholic who has experience in teaching and directing programs of faith formation, with a sound understanding of Catholic theology, along with the ability to work collaboratively in advancing the bishop's pastoral vision of forming missionary disciples.
