We are seeking a motivated Community Outreach Assistant to support nonprofit campaigns, grassroots initiatives, and live community events. This full-time, entry-level position offers paid training and hands-on experience in nonprofit outreach, event coordination, and public engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit partners at community outreach events, fundraisers, awareness campaigns, and other public-facing activities

• Communicate mission-driven messaging clearly and professionally to diverse audiences

• Provide responsive, courteous assistance to community members, addressing routine questions about programs and services

• Support event planning and execution, including logistics coordination, setup, on-site assistance, and teardown

• Distribute and manage informational and promotional materials; monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed

• Collect attendee feedback and observational insights to help improve outreach strategies and future events

• Collaborate closely with outreach teams to meet campaign goals and maintain positive relationships with local partners and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; full paid training provided

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working collaboratively within a small, mission-driven team

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
