We have an immediate need for Community Engagement Associates to join our growing event marketing and nonprofit outreach team . This entry-level role is perfect for energetic, outgoing individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, fundraising, and event management .

No prior experience required! We provide paid training, 1:1 mentorship, and on-the-job learning to help you grow into leadership and management roles .

What You’ll Do:

• Represent client brands and nonprofit partners at community events, retail activations, and outreach campaigns

• Engage directly with the public to raise awareness, drive donations, and promote causes

• Assist with event setup, logistics, and promotional activities

• Track and report event performance and community engagement results

• Shadow mentors to develop leadership, team management, and operational skills

• Take on small team supervision as you progress
