Location: Benton, Arkansas (Saline County)
Facility: Arkansas Health Center State-operated long-term care facility

Shifts: PRN Day and Night Shifts Available

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands-on care and daily living support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role is essential in maintaining residents dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas CNA certification required.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong work ethic.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.

• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.

• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.

• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.

• Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, and team members.
