This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with deep experience designing and managing cloud solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure , with a focus on large-scale, complex projects. The successful candidate will bring expertise in cloud architecture, containerization, DevOps integration, security compliance, and cloud migrations. Design, implement, and manage cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) , focusing on enterprise-scale projects. Architect and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructures . Ensure environments comply with FedRAMP or GovRAMP standards , maintaining regulatory and security adherence. Collaborate with software development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and adopt DevOps practices . Utilize containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) to enable efficient cloud operations. Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud solutions , ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Oversee critical cloud migration projects , including the internal HEARTS, EPP, and Gateway Cloud Migrations, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications: ~10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solution delivery. ~ Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Architect Expert . ~ Proven hands-on experience with: ~ AWS and Azure cloud platforms ~ Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) ~ Cloud migrations and hybrid cloud strategies ~ CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools/practices Solid understanding of cloud security , compliance standards (FedRAMP, GovRAMP) , and risk management . Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, complex projects. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with additional cloud providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform). Familiarity with cost optimization strategies and cloud governance frameworks. Prior experience with government or public sector cloud projects. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
